General Counselling


There always will be an opportunity to process experiences through talking. We design the therapy together according to what is going on with you at present. Sometimes that means that I am focusing on intently listening to you. Other times we may need to focus on working exclusively with the body. Or the situation requires that we work with the body, while I check in now and then to see how you are doing.

 

The spoken word can be very healing and its power is often underestimated. In the sessions you get the opportunity to name things in a safe setting in order to free yourself from them. I encourage the expression of your inner feelings in a life-affirming way.
