The Natural Breath

The first step towards yourself is your breath.

 

Through deep breathing we activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which provides relaxation in order to restore the inner balance of our whole organism. In essence, the breath connects us directly with ourselves, it’s a connection to the feelings that are alive in the moment. It shows us what is really present right now.

 

At the beginning of the therapy I complete a breath diagnosis and together we look at how your breath flows.

The first changes often occur already through pure observation - where attention goes energy flows.

 

We practice natural breathing, i. e. deep abdominal breathing, so that you can gradually learn not only to observe your physical reactions but also the quality and depth of your breath. This allows you to regulate yourself.
